This charming, character 300-year-old farmhouse sits in the beautiful Sma' Glen in the centre of the 6,500-acre West Glenalmond Estate. The house has been completely renovated and redecorated to a high standard to include underfloor heating, power shower and Aga. At the heart of this warm and welcoming family home is a spacious drawing room, with log fire and patio doors. Conichan has flagstone floors throughout the groundfloor and a large kitchen/dining room with open fire. The bedrooms are located in opposite wings of the first floor offering privacy for holidaymakers.
This is a lovely area for hill walking and rambling, horse riding and cycling. Watersports such aswater-skiing and white water rafting are within an hour’s drive. Salmon fishingis available on the River Almond and trout fishing is also available locally. Prepared meals for delivery and catering available locally.
